Co-operation with the Swiss Federal Audit Office

The Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic has signed Memorandum on co-operation with the Swiss Federal Audit Office. A subject of the Memorandum is co-operation on preparing and implementation of the project „Support to the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic in raising efficiency of public funds audit".

Offices will co-operate within the scope of their legal competence in exchanging information, experience and best practise particularly in the areas as follows:

• information technology audit,
• audit of public funds of the regions,
• performance audit (system of indicators for support of performance audit, procedures, case studies),
• public procurement and public works audit,
• management system of the supreme audit institution.
